Refund Policy


•All payments/purchases including deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable.

•Cancellations made by the customer for ANY reason will result in loss of seat/monies paid. Customers can re-sell tickets up until 48 hours prior to departure of the trip. If your seat is re-sold, SUBLIME TOURS charges a $50 convenience fee per ticket. All re-sells must go through SUBLIME TOURS USA.

•Refunds are not given due to weather, closures of any attractions, etc.

•If a trip is cancelled due to weather (regardless of it is prior to departure or during the trip en route), refunds will not be given however a travel voucher will be given.

•In the event the tour group needs to stay overnight at a hotel/other accommodation due to any reason, each traveler is responsible for all of their costs- no exceptions.

•Refunds are not given if a traveler contracts COVID-19 or gets sick prior to trip.

•Refunds are only given if the trip is cancelled by us- no exceptions.

•It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are in compliance with the destinations covid-19 policies, if applicable.

•Refunds are not given for no-shows on the day of the trip.

•SUBLIME TOURS USA holds the right to terminate a travelers trip due to any reason.

•Full balance for each seat is due 30 days prior to departure. If the full balance is not paid in full, seats will be forfeited and no refunds/transfers will be given.

•Refunds/transfers will not be given due to Covid-19 cancellations by the customer.
